We are a volunteer fire and EMS department located at the Northwestern corner of Steuben County 50 miles south of Rochester, NY.We serve the Village and Town of Wayland with Fire and EMS protection and provide EMS services to the Town of South Dansville. We have a fleet of seven vehicles that include two ambulances, one grass/brush truck, one rescue vehicle, two engines and one 50' Telesqurt ladder truck.
The Wayland Fire Department is an active participant in our community and sponsors the annual Wayland Potato Festival.
